PROTOCOL_01 Our Privacy Philosophy

At JasonWheel (“we”, “our”, or “us”), privacy is treated as a core engineering requirement. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our website, the JW4 Engine, and related services (collectively, the “Infrastructure”). Our objective is simple: operate with minimal data, maximum security, and zero exploitation.

We follow a strict data‑minimization model. We only collect information required to deliver signals, maintain system integrity, and communicate with you:

Communication Data Email addresses and WhatsApp numbers voluntarily provided for alerts, onboarding, or institutional communication.
Technical Telemetry Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used solely for security, abuse prevention, and system diagnostics.
Brokerage Independence We do not collect, store, or access your broker credentials, passwords, API keys, or financial account numbers.

Infrastructure Isolation

Our architecture is intentionally designed to keep your trading data isolated from our systems:

  • Auto‑Pilot Users (Collective2): All broker credentials and execution rights remain exclusively with Collective2, a regulated third‑party platform. We transmit only model‑generated trade instructions (JSON) to their secure endpoint.
  • Enterprise Users (Private Cloud): We deploy a self‑contained Docker environment directly into your private cloud (e.g., AWS). Your execution data, account metrics, and internal logs remain fully within your infrastructure.

PROTOCOL_03 Data Utilization

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Deliver market intelligence, alerts, and system outputs.
  • Provide technical support and infrastructure deployment assistance.
  • Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the JW4 Engine.

PROTOCOL_04 Security Standards

All data in transit is protected using modern encryption protocols (TLS 1.3). Contact information stored in our internal systems is encrypted at rest using industry‑standard AES‑256. Access to operational nodes is restricted through strict IP allow‑listing and hardware‑based authentication.

PROTOCOL_05 Zero-Invasive Tracking

We do not use cross‑site tracking pixels or behavioral advertising tools. We use minimal functional cookies strictly to maintain session integrity and protect our API endpoints from automated abuse.

PROTOCOL_06 Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your personal data from our servers. To initiate a verified data wipe request, contact us through our Secure Communication Node.
