JasonWheel is a technology, analytics, and data provider. We are not registered as an investment advisor, broker‑dealer, or financial professional in any jurisdiction.
All outputs generated by the JW4 Engine—including signals, sentiment models, volatility frameworks, and automated commentary—are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Any trading decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

Users of the “Auto‑Pilot” plan acknowledge that execution is performed through licensed third‑party platforms (e.g., Collective2). JasonWheel does not control these platforms and is not responsible for execution delays, slippage, outages, API failures, or broker‑level technical issues.
The JW4 Engine, including its logic, Screener algorithms, volatility models, and proprietary “VIX State Machine”, is the exclusive intellectual property of JasonWheel. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or repurpose any part of the Services without explicit written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JasonWheel and its founder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, capital loss, missed signals, or system downtime.
All subscription plans (Pro, Auto‑Pilot, Enterprise) are billed in advance. Due to the proprietary nature of our data feeds, models, and infrastructure access, all payments are final once a billing cycle begins. No refunds are provided.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JasonWheel’s operating entity is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
